What is a 401(K)?

You want to invest in your future, and we do too! A 401(K) offers the opportunity to participate in a company sponsored, pre-tax retirement savings plan.  You may elect any percentage of your paycheck to go towards this plan. Be aware that the money you contribute is in there for the long haul and there are penalties for withdrawing before the age of 59 and a half.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to enroll if:

  • You reach 1 year of employment with CKA Management, LLC.
  • You are 21 years or older

*  Vesting requirements apply

Bonus

At CKA we value hard work and like to recognize those in our leadership team who go the Quarterly Bonus Program. This program is based on performance objectives such as operating profit and store evaluations. This program challenges our leadership to meet and exceed company objectives and empowers them to continue reaching their personal goals. In addition to our monthly bonus program we also offer the following:

  • Performance-Based Reviews Annually
  • Employee Referral Bonuses
  • Individual Development Plans To Track Employee Growth
  • Bonuses are not monthly but paid out quarterly.
