Joe Cugine
Joe Cugine is a highly respected food industry veteran with a 25-year track record with PepsiCo and Procter and Gamble in General Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain Management. His track record includes sales, profit, volume and share growth and uncompromising customer focus.
Keith Kas
Keith Kas is currently CEO and COO for CKA Management where he directs the operations of all Wendy’s and Taco Bell restaurants. Keith is involved in all aspects of the business including developing annual budgets, VOC results, facilitating training classes, analyzing vendor contracts and coordinating franchisor mandated new initiatives for Wendy’s and Taco Bell restaurants.
John Antonaccio
John Antonaccio has been a Wendy’s franchisee since 1993 and a Taco Bell franchisee since 1987. John was formerly a partner in El Rancho Foods, which operated 80 stores in six states and was sold in December 2012 and The Vale Group, Inc, which operated seven Wendy’s and was sold in March 2017.
The making of CKA has been an exciting journey and we are so proud of how far we have come. With the competitive nature of the quick-service business, every moment counts.
